Days Itinerary

Discover the detailed course of your upcoming adventure:

Day 1 - Traversing the coastal lowlands (Nov 29th)

  • 0830: Depart from Dar es Salaam and offroading through Kibaha towards Bagamoyo
  • 1245: Lunch at Bagamoyo
  • 1330: Exploring the Saadani backroads towards Pangani
  • 1630: Arrival at Kingfisher Beach Resort
  • 1900: Evening session

Day 1 Attractions:

  • Pande Forest Reserve
  • Saadani national Park
  • River Pangani
  • A cool swim at Kingfisher beach resort on arrival
  • Sundowner at Kingfisher Beach resort
  • Kigombe village tour

Day 2 - Conquiring the Usambaras (Nov 30th)

  • 0630: Breakfast by the beach
  • 0700: Depart for Kingfisher towards Tanga city
  • 1245: Bush Lunch at a designated spot
  • 1630: Arrival at Dule Peak House- Mtae

  • Tanga city tour
  • Amboni caves
  • East Usambara mountains
  • West Usambara Mountains
  • Tea plantations
  • Mkomazi national park
  • Mtae village tour
  • Evening bonfire stories

Day 3 - The Final Stretch (Dec 1)

  • 08:00: Breakfast with a view at Dule Peak
  • 09:00: Check out and depart towards Mnazi lowlands
  • 1300: Lunch at Mombo BBQ
